1 tsp = 1 gram of ground cordyceps mushroom (fruiting body)
1/2 a tsp is the recommended daily dose

I love mint chocolate. I made this to make sure I would take my cordyceps everyday. Despite how they help lower my cortisol and in turn help reduce my 4 am insomnia, I often forget to take anything consistently. So I've tricked myself. I look forward to putting 1/2 tsp in my coffee every morning. I love the taste. You can add to hot milk of any kind for a nice healthy hot chocolate, to a smoothie, or just as is.
My repeat costumers are using this for reduced inflammation, boosted immune system, regulate cortisol and hormones, help with insomnia, and boost in energy levels.
Why a honey?
People often ask for a capsule or powder. Something easier than cooking or making tea and something that isn't alcohol based (tincture). Well, this is my answer to a powder. I have various customers who have replaced meds with this mushroom and depend on a consistent stable constituents.
Powders deteriorate quickly due to light, moisture, temp, and oxygen exposure. By powdering the mushrooms and folding it into honey the the volatile constituents are preserved. Plus there are all the added benefits of local, raw, unfiltered honey. Spoonful of sugar, as they say, helps the medicine go down.
What does it taste like?
Mint chocolate with an earthy tone. People say its more on the mint side than the chocolate.
