Cordyceps are both a choice culinary mushroom and a powerful medicinal.

Ideas for use:

  • Add to food and cook like any other dried mushroom

-reconstitute in stir fry or soup

  • Make a tea

-simmer on low for 15 minutes

-remove fruiting body and drink

-eat or compost the remaining mushrooms

  • Make a tea and freeze in ice cube trays for later use

-add to smoothies or coffee

You can eat cordyceps uncooked. However, like with all mushrooms, you will get the most benefits from cooking them. Mushrooms are made up of chitin, a polysaccharide, which requires heat or some form on processing to make the constituents we want bioavailable.

1 tsp = 1 gram of ground cordyceps mushroom (fruiting body)

1/2 a tsp is the recommended daily dose

4 oz container has 28 daily doses.

8 oz container has 56 daily doses.

Biggest seller. People really like the results. Repeat costumers are using this for reduced inflammation, boosted immune system, regulate cortisol and hormones, help with insomnia, and boost energy levels.

Why a honey?

People often ask for a capsule or powder. Something easier than cooking or making tea and something that isn't alcohol based (tincture). Well, this is my answer to a powder. I have various customers who have replaced meds with this mushroom and depend on a consistent stable constituents.

Powders deteriorate quickly due to light, moisture, temp, and oxygen exposure. By powderizing the mushrooms and folding it into honey the the volatile constituents are preserved. Plus there are all the added benefits of local, raw, unfiltered honey. Spoonful of sugar, as they say, helps the medicine go down.

What does it taste like?

Better than the Lions mane honey....No, actually really good. Most people are surprised and like it. Very mild mushroom flavor, sweet and earthy. Cordyceps is a choice culinary mushroom without any funk.

Local Honey? Local to where?

Im in Sarasota Florida. I'm Currently using local beekeeper Peter Burkhart (Desoto Lakes area) honey from his backyard hives and various beekeepers from the myaaka area (the honey sold at Jessica's - if you know, you know)

Cordyceps? Do you grow them?

Yes. I grow them. So I can answer any questions and can attest to the fact they are grown on organic certified food ingredients, filtered water, with <3 here in the sunny flats of Sarasota Florida.

Cordyceps Mint Chocolate Medicinal Honey

$50.00 - $95.00

Medicinal Cordyceps Honey.

1 tsp = 1 gram of ground cordyceps mushroom (fruiting body)

1/2 a tsp is the recommended daily dose

4 oz container has 28 daily doses.

8 oz container has 56 daily doses.

I love mint chocolate. I made this to make sure I would take my cordyceps everyday. Despite how they help lower my cortisol and in turn help reduce my 4 am insomnia, I often forget to take anything consistently. So I've tricked myself. I look forward to putting 1/2 tsp in my coffee every morning. I love the taste. You can add to hot milk of any kind for a nice healthy hot chocolate, to a smoothie, or just as is.

My repeat costumers are using this for reduced inflammation, boosted immune system, regulate cortisol and hormones, help with insomnia, and boost in energy levels.

What does it taste like?

Mint chocolate with an earthy tone. People say its more on the mint side than the chocolate.

Whats in it?

Organic peppermint leaf, organic ground cacao, cordyceps mushroom fruiting body, raw, unfiltered local honey.

USE AS  a BASE FOR COFFEE, OR SMOOTHIES
FREEZE IN CUBES FOR FUTURE USE.

1-3  grams (7-9 cordyceps) per dose in morning
or morning and evening.

COOK AS FOOD.
STIR FRY IN SOME FOOD, OR ADD TO SOUP.
SWEET MILD FLAVOR.

Dual extract
alcohol and water

take 1 to 2 dropperfuls (1-2 ml) in morning and in evening.
good way to use long term as a tonic.

Eaten RAw
Not the best way. turn back.
eating cordyceps raw won't hurt you.
but you will get less of the health benefits
eating any mushroom raw.

THE BENEFICIAL CONSTITUENTS become
MORE AVAILABLE when we add
heat, alcohol, or do some form of processing
to break down the chiton, a polysaccharide,
which makes up mushrooms cell walls.

Cordyceps Honey
This is my answer to a capsule or a powder.
Powders denature quickly due to their exposure to light, moisture, and temperature.
Honey is an age old preservation method.
To maintain quality control rather than use preservatives,
the dehydrated fruiting bodies are powdered and folded into

 raw unfiltered local honey.
Not only do you get the benefits of the cordyceps but also the honey. Win Win.

One teaspoon of my cordyceps honey has 1 gram of the dehydrated fruiting body.
Recommended dosage for most is 1/2 a teaspoon a day.
The 4 oz container provides 30 doses/ 30 days.

The mint chocolate cordyceps honey is just that.
Ground cordyceps, organic mint, organic cacao, and raw unfiltered local honey. That's it.

IF YOU ARE ON MEDICATIONS, HAVE HEALTH CONDITIONS, ARE PREGNANT OR BREASTFEEDING PLEASE CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR BEFORE TAKING CORDYCEPS.
specifically and especially if you are on blood pressure medication, anti-coagulent medication,
