Whats the dosage?
The easy answer...
Recommended dose according to current literature is
1-3 grams of dried fruiting body in food or tea.

More around 7 grams if eaten raw.
And 1 ml (2- half dropperfuls) 2x day of tincture.

Of course, this is a general base.

Depending on what you're using them for, how sensitive you are, and what quality, and in what form all creates variables.
The better answer....
try 2 grams of dehydrated fruiting body 2 times a day in tea form (simmered on low for 15 minutes) for two weeks.
Then reduce amount and observe. Use amount necessary for desired results.

There is no known amount that causes toxicity.
Tea can be used as a base for coffee or mushrooms can be taken in food.

The bottom line though is that they are most nutritious cooked. You can eat them raw, but your wont get as much out of them. Mushrooms are made of chiton which requires some form of processing such as heat or alcohol, otherwise its just fiber.
